ABOUT SWEEPING DAWN STRATEGIES
You've built a successful life. So why does something still feel off?
If you've ever found yourself achieving everything you set out to achieve and still feeling exhausted, disconnected, or quietly aware that something needs to change, you're not alone in that experience.
I'm Tiffany Atkinson, founder of Sweeping Dawn Strategies. I'm a coach, a recovering people-pleaser and perfectionist, and someone who spent years in high-impact roles trying to hold it all together on the outside while running empty on the inside.
Like many of the people I work with, I know what it’s like to succeed by every external measure and still feel like something fundamental is missing. Getting honest about that, and doing something about it, changed everything for me.
Now I work with people who are done running on autopilot and ready to build lives and careers that fit them. We explore habits, energy, identity, and relationships and we build a life that you can actually sustain.

What I bring to this work
I spent nearly a decade as an advisor to senior executives in the federal government, working at the intersection of science, budget, policy, and organizational strategy. I know what it looks like to be high-functioning and burned out at the same time, because I’ve lived it.
I am a certified Leadership Coach with a specialization in Organizational Well-Being through George Mason University, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 2 accredited program. I am also actively pursuing my ICF Associate Certified Coach credential. My coaching is grounded in behavioral science and informed by the reality of what life demands of people.
You're in the right place if:
You've outgrown the life you built and don't know what's next
You're exhausted by the gap between how things look and how they feel
You want to lead, live, or work with more intention and less performance
You're ready to stop managing symptoms and start addressing the source
My approach
This is not motivational content dressed up as coaching. Sessions are purposeful, evidence-informed, and tailored to you. We work on the real things: habits that no longer serve you, values that have shifted, identities that feel too small, and systems built for a version of your life you've already outgrown.
I bring attentiveness to the full context of your life, including the ways chronic stress and environment shape how you think, feel, and make decisions. This is coaching, not therapy. The work is forward-focused, and you drive it.
My areas of focus include burnout recovery, leadership development, life transitions, psychological safety, and values-based living.
Let's find out if we're a fit.
I offer a free discovery call, no pitch, no pressure. Just a conversation about where you are and whether coaching with me makes sense for you.
