By using this website (www.sweepingdawn.com) or working with Sweeping Dawn Strategies, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative, co-creative process focused on your personal and/or professional development. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. As a client, you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

2. Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. Everything shared in coaching sessions is kept confidential, with the following exceptions:

• You give written permission to share something, like a testimonial

• Disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm to self/others)

• Technical support personnel may have limited access to scheduling or communication platforms
   

3. Payment & Scheduling

• All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• 1:1 coaching sessions require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

• Payment plans and sliding scale are available upon request.
   

4. Refunds

Coaching is an investment in your growth. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused sessions.

5. Technology & Access

Coaching sessions are typically held virtually via video call. You are responsible for ensuring you have access to the necessary tools to participate (stable internet, quiet space, etc.).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including worksheets, frameworks, and session materials, is the property of Sweeping Dawn Strategies. You may use it for personal purposes only. Do not reproduce, sell, or distribute without permission.

7. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Please check back periodically for changes.
